Every person has different needs and a different situation. We start the process with a phone call to assess your unique needs. It helps to schedule a video call (such as FaceTime) so that you can show us what you need help with for the most accurate quote. After the video or phone call we give you an estimate of the cost.

Depending on the level of clutter, an average sized 11 feet x 12 feet (132 square feet) bedroom would take 8-12 hours. We check in with you half way through the service to show you the progress. We only bill for the hours that we complete so if for some reason your room takes less time than we only bill for that time.

We do provide one set of basic organization bins and labels. For extra bins, we are able to add them to your package if you choose. Otherwise, you are welcome to have us use your preferred containers and labeling.

Yes, for a disposal fee we can haul off or remove select items such as clothes, shoes, and household item under 50 lbs. We can also provide resources on how to remove heavier items such as appliances, household chemicals and heavy furniture that we do not remove.

We know the love and value behind sentimental items or family heirlooms. We take extra care to communicate your needs and wishes for how to handle those items. We also never throw any items away without your permission.

At this time we don't declutter garages.
